Newgen Software reported Q1 FY'27 revenue of INR357 Cr, up 11% YoY, with PAT at INR63 Cr, up 26% YoY.

Annuity revenue grew 14% to INR254 Cr, and SaaS/subscription jumped 40% to INR60 Cr, highlighting recurring revenue strength.

EBITDA margin was 15.7%, with management targeting 20%+ for the full year.

Tarun Nandwani is the new CEO from August 1. Despite a dip in implementation revenue due to project delays, the company added 10 new large logos and sees strong demand for AI-led solutions, particularly in regulated sectors.
