Photoquip (India) Limited's board has approved the mutual termination of its Internal Audit engagement with M/s. R. C. Jain & Associates LLP.

The auditors successfully completed their assignment for the financial year 2025-26 and mutually agreed to discontinue their services for the remaining tenure.

This change is by mutual consent and is not due to any dispute, disagreement, or deficiency in the services provided by either party.

This operational update ensures a smooth transition of the internal audit function for the company.
