Innovana Thinklabs has approved acquiring a 0.30% equity stake in Mount Everest Breweries Limited for ₹3.00 Cr.

This move is a strategic financial investment, aiming to create long-term value and diversify Innovana's investment portfolio.

Mount Everest Breweries, engaged in beer manufacturing and marketing, reported a total revenue of ₹1020.58 Cr for FY 2025-26. This acquisition allows Innovana to participate in the growth of the breweries sector without acquiring control or management rights.
