Kings Infra Ventures' Board has approved selling 51.989 cents of freehold land in Kerala for ₹7 lakh per cent.

This transaction, part of the company's non-core asset monetization strategy, aims to unlock asset value and generate approximately ₹3.64 Cr.

These funds will be deployed towards business requirements and other corporate purposes, thereby strengthening the company's financial position and optimizing resource utilization.
