Roselabs Finance has announced its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually via Video Conference/OAVM.

Shareholders will be able to review the annual report for FY 2025-26 and the AGM notice, which will be sent electronically to registered email addresses and available on the company's and RTA's websites.

The company also detailed the process for registering/updating email IDs and confirmed that e-voting will be available for shareholders to participate and vote on the business outlined in the notice.
