BDH Industries has announced its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on August 14, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.

The company's Board has proposed a dividend of Rs. 5 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.

The record date for dividend eligibility and remote e-voting is August 7, 2026. E-voting will be available from August 11 to August 13, 2026. Shareholders can participate via video conferencing or other audio-visual means.
