Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure Limited shareholders have approved key board leadership decisions.

They re-appointed Mrs. Natasha Harsh Kilachand as a Director and Shri Harsh R. Kilachand as Executive Chairman for a term commencing December 2026 until March 2031. These re-appointments leverage their expertise in branding, merchandising, and corporate operations.

Additionally, Mrs. Nilima Ashok Mansukhani will continue as an Independent Director, contributing her extensive experience in taxation, leadership, and governance skills to the board.
