India Radiators Limited has announced that its amalgamation scheme with Mercantile Ventures Limited is now effective.

This follows the filing of the NCLT-sanctioned order with the Registrar of Companies.

As a result, India Radiators Limited is dissolved without winding up, and its Board of Directors and any committees are also dissolved.

This marks the formal completion of the amalgamation process for stakeholders.
