Route Mobile's Q1 FY27 saw revenue climb 9.6% YoY to ₹1,151.5 Cr, with strong 13.9% YoY growth in new product revenue hitting ₹94.5 Cr.
However, gross profit dipped 8.9% QoQ to ₹240.4 Cr (20.9% margin), largely due to a temporary traffic reduction at a major client and a Masivian security incident.
Recovery is anticipated.
Adjusted EBITDA fell 18.9% QoQ to ₹108.9 Cr (9.5% margin), and Adjusted PAT dropped 40.1% QoQ to ₹68.6 Cr (6.0% margin), also impacted by higher operating costs including salary increments.
EPS for the quarter was ₹9.94. Strategically, RML is expanding global RCS connectivity and strengthening its new product portfolio with key use cases like WhatsApp marketing.
Recent wins include a "Best Application Service Provider" award for Konera and a partnership with Truecaller.
The company holds a solid ₹1,345.2 Cr net cash and announced a ₹4 per share interim dividend.
