ACC Limited has announced the acquisition of a 26% equity stake in Amplus Andhra Power Private Limited for approximately ₹5.31 Cr.

This strategic investment boosts ACC's energy self-sufficiency, allowing it to off-take electricity from Amplus Andhra's renewable energy projects for captive consumption.

Amplus Andhra Power, an Infrastructure and Renewable Energy firm with an FY25 turnover of ₹8.54 Cr, helps ACC secure its power supply.

This move enhances operational efficiency and strengthens backward integration, a key for long-term value creation.
