India Cements Capital has received an Open Offer.

A group of acquirers is purchasing a controlling 50.02% stake from the current promoter at ₹12 per share, a deal valued at ₹13.03 crore.

This triggers a mandatory Open Offer, allowing public shareholders to tender up to 26% of their shares, or 56.44 lakh shares, also at ₹12 each.

This offer, totaling ₹6.77 crore, will lead to a change in company control and awaits Reserve Bank of India approval given the company's Authorised Dealer status.
