Computer Point Limited's Board has appointed Mr. Sanjay Rawka as an Additional Director in the Non-Executive-Independent Director category.

His term is for three consecutive years, with his appointment subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Rawka, a graduate with experience in management, sales, and marketing, has no relation to other directors and holds no shares in the company.

He is confirmed not to be debarred from holding a director's office by any authority, strengthening independent oversight on the Board.
