Magnanimous Trade & Finance's Board has appointed Mr. Darvin Maheshbhai Kiyada and Mr. Rushi Arvindbhai Savliya as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors for five years, following input from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Kiyada brings experience in accounts and finance, while Mr. Savliya is a Mechanical Engineering graduate with diverse experience in engineering, research, and management.

These appointments are aimed at strengthening the Board's independent oversight and expertise.

The Board also approved the re-constitution of various committees, signaling a refresh in the company's governance structure.
