SUPER BAKERS (INDIA) LTD.'s board has decided to hold its 32nd Annual General Meeting virtually, providing shareholders with e-voting facilities.

The board also approved the appointment of Mr. Parth B. Thakkar and Ms. Rajkumari R. Udhwani as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors.

These appointments, along with the engagement of M/s. Kashyap R Mehta & Partners as Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive financial years, await shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.

Furthermore, the company has re-established its Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committees, with the new directors joining key positions.
