T. Spiritual World Limited has announced its 40th Annual General Meeting on August 25, 2026, to be held via video conference.

Shareholders will consider adopting the annual financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, and re-appointing a director.

For FY26, the company reported a total income of 0.0372 Cr and a net loss of 0.1687 Cr, resulting in an EPS of (0.08) Rs. Directors opted not to declare a dividend to preserve capital for growth.

The company also disclosed an Income Tax demand of 0.1791 Cr for AY11-12, which it is contesting.

A special window for dematerializing physical shares bought before April 1, 2019, is open until February 4, 2027.
