ObjectOne Information Systems has announced changes to its Board of Directors.

Two independent directors, Mr. Jaya Prakash Narayana Valluru and Mrs. Earneni Kavitha, are concluding their second and final terms, ceasing to hold office from July 30. The company has appointed Mr. Muttuluri Narsimhappa as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) from July 25, subject to shareholder approval for a five-year term.

Consequent to these changes, the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders' Relationship Committees have been reconstituted, effective from July 30. These adjustments ensure continued governance and oversight.
