The Ramco Cements' promoter, Rajapalayam Mills, has pledged an additional 7,05,800 equity shares.

These shares are secured with Tata Capital for borrowing purposes.

This new pledge increases Rajapalayam Mills' total pledged holding to 1,89,91,625 shares (8.04% of Ramco Cements). Overall, the promoter group's pledged shares now total 2,21,82,489, which is 9.39% of the company's capital.

This action reflects the promoter's use of their equity as collateral.
