Fedders Holding's board approved an application for direct listing of its equity shares on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). This move aims to boost visibility, liquidity, and investor access.

Concurrently, Mrs. Sonal Singhal resigned as a Non-Executive Director.

To strengthen its governance, the board appointed Mrs. Geeta Mittal as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Woman Director for five years, pending shareholder approval.

The board also appointed Mr. Anil Kumar Kaushik and Mr. Rajpal Singh as Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors, bringing new expertise to the company's leadership.
