Simultaneously, Mrs. Sonal Singhal resigned as a Non-Executive Director.

The company bolstered its board with three new appointments: Mrs. Geeta Mittal as an Independent Woman Director for a five-year term (pending shareholder approval), and Mr. Anil Kumar Kaushik and Mr. Rajpal Singh as Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors.
