NatureWings Holidays' Board has proposed a final dividend of ₹1.6 (16%) per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The company has fixed 24th August as the record date to determine eligibility for the final dividend.

If approved by shareholders, the payment of this dividend will be made on or before 28th September.
