The company notified that Mr. Manaklal Agrawal, an Independent Director, will step down from his role and cease to be a member of various board committees due to the completion of his tenure.

This transition is solely a result of his term ending.

Following this, Mr. Himanshu Agarwal, another Independent Director, will assume new leadership roles as Chairman or Member across the Audit, Nomination and Compensation, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees.
