Ladam Affordable Housing Limited has announced its forthcoming 47th Annual General Meeting, which will be held virtually via video conferencing or other audio-visual means.

The meeting will address the business set out in the AGM Notice.

Electronic copies of the notice and the Annual Report for FY2025-26 have been distributed to eligible members and are available on the company's website and stock exchanges.

Shareholders can participate through remote e-voting, with eligibility based on a specific cut-off date, and an e-voting window will be available prior to the meeting.
