CLN Energy Limited's shareholders have approved an increase in the company's Authorised Share Capital.

This strategic move raises the capital from 12.00 Crore rupees, comprising 1.20 Crore Equity Shares of 10 rupees each, to 12.30 Crore rupees, divided into 1.23 Crore Equity Shares of 10 rupees each.

This alteration to the Memorandum of Association provides the company with greater flexibility for potential future share issuances, supporting growth initiatives or fundraising efforts.
