HB Leasing & Finance Company has announced its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 27, 2026, at 02:30 P.M.

The meeting will take place virtually via Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). Shareholders can access the AGM notice and annual report electronically on the company website and the stock exchange.

An e-voting facility is available through NSDL for casting votes on resolutions, allowing members to participate and vote from anywhere.
