Integra Capital Limited's Board of Directors has approved the Board's Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company appointed M/s Amit Saxena & Associates as its Secretarial Auditor for FY 2026-27. Additionally, M/s Amit Saxena & Associates will act as the scrutinizer for e-voting at the upcoming 36th Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled to be held via video conferencing.
