Everlon Financials announced its Q1 financial results, reporting a profit for the period of ₹2.81 Cr and total comprehensive income of ₹5.19 Cr.

Basic EPS stood at ₹4.54. The board also approved appointing Mr. Sanjay Rasiklal Dholakia as an Additional Independent Director, subject to shareholder nod, and reconstituted various committees.

M/s. Panchal S K & Associates were approved as the new Statutory Auditors for three years, pending shareholder approval.

The company will hold its 37th Annual General Meeting virtually.
