Cella Space Limited has completed the partial redemption of 20 lakh unlisted 6% Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares.

Each share was redeemed at Rs. 10, totaling a payout of Rs. 2 Cr, funded from the company's divisible profits.

This action reduces the preference share capital from Rs. 10 Cr (1 crore shares) to Rs. 8 Cr (80 lakh shares). This move streamlines the capital structure by reducing preference share liabilities, impacting overall financial health.

The equity share capital remains unchanged.
