ASI INDUSTRIES LIMITED has completed its investment in M/s. Sunsure Solarpark Fifty Two Private Limited (SSFTPL). As the second and final tranche, the company subscribed to 11,776 fully paid-up equity shares at a premium of ₹1,384 per share over the ₹10 face value, totaling ₹1.64 Cr.

This investment is strategically aimed at securing solar power procurement for ASI INDUSTRIES LIMITED, solidifying its commitment to sustainable energy sources and supporting its operational power needs.
