Alfa Transformers shareholders have approved several key changes to its Directorate.

Mr. Rashmi Ranjan Satapathy and Mr. Prem Sagar Mishra were re-appointed as Independent Directors for a further 1-year term.

Mr. Dillip Kumar Das was re-appointed as Managing Director for a further 1-year term, and Mr. Debasis Das as Whole Time Director for a further 2-year term.

Additionally, Mr. Jayramrao Marathe was appointed as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director for a 2-year term.
