Record Date

Prestige Estates Projects (PRESTIGE) has fixed August 13, 2026, as the Record Date for its proposed final dividend of ₹2/- per equity share for FY2025-26. This dividend, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on August 20, 2026, will be distributed to eligible shareholders on or before September 18, 2026. Investors holding shares by this Record Date will qualify for the payout.
