AMS Polymers Limited's Board has appointed M/s. KVA & Company, Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors.

This appointment follows the resignation of the previous auditors, M/s. Roshan Agarwal & Associates.

M/s. KVA & Company will serve to fill the casual vacancy until the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval.
