Ravileela Granites has appointed Ms. Parvatha Harshini Reddy as an Additional Director (Non-Executive and Non-Independent). She brings over 12 years of experience in manufacturing and business transformation, currently leading Sales & Marketing for the company and QuartzKraft LLP, overseeing ₹130 crore in annual export revenue.

This appointment strengthens the board with valuable leadership expertise and prepares her for a broader role within the family’s diversified industrial enterprises, including MTAR Technologies, which has a market capitalization of ₹24,536 crore and FY26 revenue of ₹876.21 crore.

Her familial ties to other directors ensure strategic alignment.
