Expleo Solutions' board has approved a final dividend of Rs. 110 per equity share (1100%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This dividend is contingent on shareholder approval at the upcoming 28th Annual General Meeting on August 26. For eligible shareholders, the payout will occur on or before September 25. The record date to determine eligibility for this final dividend is August 1. This move provides a direct return to shareholders.
