Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited has completed its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), allotting 7,11,00,000 equity shares at ₹227 each.

This move successfully raised ₹1,613.97 Cr for the company.

As a result, the paid-up equity share capital increased from ₹52.69 Cr to ₹59.80 Cr.
