Shareholders can participate and cast votes electronically on all resolutions.

The company has sent the AGM notice and Annual Report electronically.

Eligibility for voting is based on shares held as of a specific record date.

Remote e-voting commences before the meeting and closes shortly before.

Shareholders attending virtually who haven't remote e-voted can still vote during the AGM.

Those who voted remotely can attend but not re-vote.
