The Board met and decided to hold the 42nd Annual General Meeting on September 23, 2026, virtually.

A record date of September 16, 2026, was set for shareholders to be eligible for the FY 2025-26 final dividend, if approved.

The Board also appointed Mr. Mudesharsha Fakir as Chief Financial Officer.
