TFCI has set August 14, 2026, as the Record Date.

This date will determine which shareholders are eligible for the FY2025-26 dividend, pending its approval at the AGM on August 21, 2026. This is also the cut-off date to determine shareholders eligible to vote electronically at the upcoming AGM.
