MAS Financial Services has set August 26, 2026, as the record date.

Shareholders holding shares on this date will be eligible for a final dividend of Rs. 0.75 per equity share, pending approval at the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be held on September 2, 2026, and the record date also determines eligibility for e-voting.

The share transfer books will close from August 27 to September 2, 2026.
