Vaxtex Cotfab's board has approved a reclassification request from Mrs. Bharti Kailash Gupta.

She will move from the 'Promoter Group' to the 'Public Category'. This move, pending National Stock Exchange approval, will procedurally adjust the company's shareholding structure by slightly reducing promoter holdings and increasing public float. #VCL
