Consolidated figures show revenue at ₹78.35 Cr and profit before tax at ₹6.62 Cr.

The company also acquired an 80% stake in SAND TO SEED MEDIA TECH - FZCO.

Concurrently, Mr. Lokesh Kumar and Mr. Rahul Ratra were appointed as additional Non-Executive Directors, while Mr. Zubair Ahmed and Mr. Prathamesh Kamble resigned.

Funds of ₹41.24 Cr from a preferential issue were utilized as planned, with no deviation.
