Accelya Solutions India has proposed a final dividend of ₹35 per share for FY2025-26, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.

The record date for determining eligible shareholders for this dividend is Friday, 9th October 2026. If approved, the dividend will be paid on Tuesday, 17th November 2026, allowing investors to plan their holdings for the payout.
