MPS Ltd approved the re-appointment of Mr. Karthik Bhat Khandige as an Independent Director for a second 5-year term.

Ms. Ruvina Singh's tenure concluded.

The Board also reconstituted its key committees, with Ms. Divya Verma chairing the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and new members joining other committees.
