The company has allotted 21.47 lakh new equity shares to eight non-promoter warrant holders who exercised their conversion rights at Rs. 20 each.

This transaction generated Rs. 3.22 Cr for the company.

Consequently, the paid-up capital has increased to Rs. 13.73 Cr, now comprising 1.37 Cr equity shares.

This capital inflow strengthens the company's financial position, though it results in some dilution for existing shareholders.

Investors should also note that 15.33 lakh convertible warrants are still outstanding.
