Record Date

IRB Infrastructure has announced an interim dividend of Re.0.05 per equity share (face value Re.1/-) for FY26-27. The record date to identify eligible shareholders for this dividend is August 5, 2026. Payments will be dispatched on or before August 28, 2026.
