The company added 51 lakh new customers, reaching 12.44 crore total, and booked 1.61 crore new loans (+20%). Subsidiary Bajaj Housing Finance (BHFL) saw AUM rise 24% to ₹149,624 Cr, and Bajaj Financial Securities (BFSL) AUM grew 60% to ₹9,770 Cr. **Growth Strategy & Key Metrics:** A primary focus is the FINAI transformation, deploying AI across operations to boost efficiency and customer engagement.
The company plans to add 1.8-2 crore new customers and disburse 6-6.2 crore new loans in FY27, alongside expanding its Gold Loan branches significantly.
ROA stood at 4.7% and ROE at 20.4%. Asset quality remains strong with Gross NPA at 0.96% and Net NPA at 0.39%. Management is optimistic on credit cost outlook and expects further operational efficiency gains.
