Capital Small Finance Bank reported strong Q1FY27 results.
Gross advances grew 22% year-on-year to INR 9,074 Cr, and deposits increased 16% year-on-year to INR 10,596 Cr.
Profit after tax rose 29% year-on-year to INR 41.3 Cr.
Asset quality improved, with Net NPA at 1.14% (down from 1.39% YoY) and Gross NPA at 2.47%. Net Interest Margin expanded to 4.21%. Management aims for 22% advance growth in FY27, targeting a INR 16,000 Cr loan book by FY29, with Return on Assets improving to 1.4% and Net NPA below 1%. The bank maintains a confident outlook on sustainable performance driven by secured lending in MSME, mortgage, and agriculture, alongside market expansion.
