Kartik Investments Trust's board has approved the financial results for the quarter.

The company reported a total income of ₹0.0931 Cr and a net profit of ₹0.0554 Cr.

Total comprehensive income for the period was ₹1.2809 Cr, with basic earnings per share at ₹2.27. Additionally, the board approved the re-appointment of Ms. Aparna S as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.

Ms. Aparna S brings over two decades of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation.

The 48th Annual General Meeting has also been scheduled.
