Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (SIDCL) has incorporated Shristi Realty Holdings Limited as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary in India.

This new entity is established within the Real Estate/Construction industry, with the primary objective to acquire new business ventures.

SIDCL has subscribed to 100% of the initial paid-up share capital at INR 10 per share, giving it full control.

This strategic incorporation supports SIDCL's business expansion efforts.
