Akanksha Power has issued 335,000 new equity shares to warrant holders at Rs. 144/share, injecting Rs. 3.618 Cr into the company.

This move increases the total paid-up equity shares from approximately 1.95 Cr to 1.99 Cr, resulting in some dilution for existing shareholders.
