The Company's Board has approved significant governance changes.

Mr. Ronak Jain has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval.

This brings in a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in audit, taxation, and corporate governance.

Concurrently, Mr. Darshit Parikh has ceased to be a Non-Executive Independent Director after completing his second consecutive term.

As a result, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has also been reconstituted.

These changes update the board's composition and oversight.
